Membership Dues are good for each year starting January 1 – December 31.
To qualify for the insurance you need to be a paid member for the current calendar year.
Single Adult Membership Price = $50.00
Family Membership Price = $80.00
If you already paid single adult membership and want to add an additional member, fill out the membership form, and just pay the addition $30.00 bellow and have your family member fill out the waiver information.
