The Frisco Cycling Club is dedicated to advancing the sport of cycling with riders of all levels through local events, group rides, races, and community involvement.

Frisco Cycling Club regularly attends group rides in and around the Frisco community.  Additionally, FCC leads three weekly ride each week on Thursday, and Saturday.  The rides run every week with an occasional break for locally scheduled races, and inclimate weather.  Real time updates are available by visiting us on FACEBOOK and for more information contact us at membership@friscocycling.org .

FEAR Ride meets early morning normally on Tuesday and Thursday at 5:30 am. An eye opener ride that loops around in Frisco. The average pace is around 22 mph and normally starts at full speed once the rubber hits the pavement.

TNT Ride (Tuesday Night Training/Torture) meets Tuesday at 6:30 at RBM Frisco. This ride can be ridden by all skill levels supported in our club. The main goal of this ride is for the individuals to push to the limits and practice some interval training. The group will ride to and from the practice loop at a pace of approximately 18 mph avg. In the practice loop, it is keep up or get dropped. The riders will regroup after every lap and wait for 3 to 5 minutes. Any longer and your on your own until 8 pm at the final regroup location to head back to the shop.

OPP Ride (Other People Peloton) meets Thursdays at 6:30 pm in the Mocha & Javas parking lot (Eldorado and Legacy) and covers a 30 mile loop on the east side of Frisco.  The average pace is around 22 mph and eventually makes it way out to the Tribute Golf Course before returning to the coffee shop.

The North Ride departs each Saturday from Richardson Bike Mart in Frisco and follows a 65 mile route north through some rolling hills in Prosper, Celina, Weston, and McKinney.  The pace is brisk and will contain some regular sprint zones for those who wish to exert a little extra.  This route rolls through a section of the popular Tarantula Loop (a.k.a. The Gauntlet) offering a challenging set of small rollers. Times and Routes may change but will be posted on our Frisco Cycling Facebook Page.

This team attempts to attend all TXBRA races on the schedule (In 2019 we had a showing in all races).  The 35+ has won team point for 2017,2018, and 2019 (TXBRA has removed the team points, but we still keep track for our team to help us reach higher goals as a team.)  For the Individual TXBRA point, we strive to get as many of our teammates to the top positions.

PRESTIGE SPONSORSHIP: We believe beer is the perfect blend of Art and Science. We start with the Art of beer – for this we use a big dose of creativity, validated with our eyes to judge the look, our noses to refine the smell and then with our mouths to validate the taste. We embrace tradition but break the rules as well from time to time in order to create exciting new brews.
Once we are elated with the beer, we turn to science to ensure quality and consistency in the brewing process. For this we use our state-of-the-art automated brewhouse, hydrometers, microscopes and other sophisticated monitoring devices. However, in the end we always revert back to the art of a good-tasting beer so our beers are sampled frequently by a panel of experienced quality tasters.
We strongly believe that beer is greatly enhanced when consumed in the company of close friends or random people who will soon be good friends. This can be accomplished in the bars and pubs where you will find TUPPS beer, but you can also have this experience visiting our brewery. At the brewery, we have created an environment that embraces the feel and the era of the historic Cotton Mill. When you visit the brewery, you will be immersed in the old Texas feel of the Cotton Mill and experience the past when things were slow and life was not as complicated.
TUPPS Brewery has a sense of place. We are proud to be in Texas, in the great city of McKinney and located at the historic Cotton Mill. When you visit, keep in mind that we want you to embrace the brewery, so put your feet on the tables, write your name on the wall and bring old bottles to add to our bottle tree farm.
